For logo rebrand projects, we require full payment upfront. Rebrands are highly custom, creative work that take a lot of time and strategy from the very start. Since we immediately invest hours into research, brainstorming, and concept development, full payment ensures commitment on both sides and keeps the project moving smoothly without delays. This isn’t unusual—it’s actually standard practice across the design industry for projects like this, because of the amount of upfront creative work involved.

Our design process begins with an initial consultation to understand your needs, goals, and vision. From there, we create a detailed design brief and move into the creative phase. You’ll receive one initial design concept for review, and we’ll collaborate to refine it until it aligns with your expectations.

We include up to three rounds of design proposals as part of the project. Any revisions beyond those three rounds will require additional design fees, which are outlined and agreed upon at the start of the project.

Once the design is finalized, we deliver the completed files in all the appropriate formats you’ll need.

Each proposal can take up to 5–8 business days to create, depending on the project. If we move into revisions, the timeline resets with each new proof since we’ll be making updates based on your feedback. Overall timing depends on how quickly feedback is provided, but most projects are completed within a couple of weeks.

Yes, rush service is available on select projects. Our team will first review your request to make sure the timeline is realistic and the work can still be done at the quality we stand behind. If approved, we’ll provide a written agreement that outlines possible quality variables due to the shortened timeframe. Rush projects come at an additional cost of 150% of the standard rate.

We focus on one strong concept from the start. Instead of sending multiple different directions that can feel overwhelming or scattered, we put all our energy into developing a single, well-thought-out design that matches your goals. From there, we refine it through your feedback and revisions until it’s exactly what you need. This approach keeps the process clear, efficient, and focused on getting the best result for your brand.

Honestly, this rarely happens. We spend time upfront understanding your goals and vision so that by the time you see proposals, they’re already in line with what you’re looking for. That said, if you’re still not satisfied after all three included rounds, we can continue refining your design for an additional fee. Please note that design fees are non-refundable since time and creative work have already been invested.

Each time we send you a proof, that counts as one round. Within that round, you can request as many edits or changes as you’d like—just make sure to send them all together. Once we send you back a new updated proof, that’s considered the next round. Your project includes up to three rounds of proofs. After that, additional rounds can still be done, but they’ll have an extra design fee.

You’ll get all the standard, professional formats you’ll need for print, web, and everything in between. That includes high-resolution PNG (transparent background), JPG, PDF, and vector files (AI or EPS) so your design stays sharp at any size. If you need specific formats for printers, social media, or other vendors, just let us know—we’ll make sure you’re covered.

Once your project is paid in full, you own the rights to your logo and can use it however you’d like, including trademarking it if you choose. We don’t hold ownership over your design. We may showcase the logo in our portfolio or social media as examples of our work, but that doesn’t affect your rights or usage.
