High-quality, professionally installed vehicle graphics can last several years if they are taken care of. All of our vinyl is laminated with a high-performance outdoor and UV-resistant laminate.

In Arizona's climate, characterized by intense UV rays, sunlight, and heat, we typically recommend a custom vehicle wrap's lifespan to range from 3 to 4 years with proper care.

We recommend when the wrap reaches this stage of its lifetime that it be removed by professionals such as us here at LDM and if needed, rewrapping again to prevent extensive aging and wear.

Keeping your vehicle wrap clean and free from dirt and debris will help to prevent scratches on the surface and will prolong its life.

A ceramic coating can be added on top of your wrap for extra protection and longevity. This option can be quoted alongside your wrap project.

Yes. We proudly offer in-house warranties on our wrap projects. Unlike shops that rely solely on manufacturer warranties—which can involve lengthy claim processes, third-party approvals, and delays—we handle warranty concerns directly in-house. This allows for faster resolutions and a better overall experience for our clients.

Our warranties include:

• 1-Year Color Warranty
  We guarantee the color and finish of your wrap for the first calendar year with proper maintenance. 
• This warranty does not cover horizontal or high-exposure surfaces such as hoods and roofs, nor damage caused by harsh chemicals, neglect, or abuse.

• 90-Day Installation Warranty
  Covers installation-related issues, including adhesive failure or workmanship concerns.
• Vehicles with repainted surfaces are not covered due to variable factors
• UTV vehicles are not covered in this warranty due to the nature they will be used in off road areas.

Certainly! Vehicle wraps are versatile and can be installed on various types of vehicles, including cars, vans, pickup trucks, motorcycles, and trailers.

Vinyl wraps pose no harm to your vehicle's paint; on the contrary, they can serve as a protective shield against issues such as minor scratches, sun-induced fading, abrasions, and damage resulting from stones chipping your vehicle.

Although to not be confused, a vehicle wrap is not the same as paint protection film.

For best results, vehicles should be in good overall condition prior to wrapping. The surface must be clean, smooth, and free of issues that could affect vinyl adhesion.

Please note the following:

• Paint should be in good condition and properly cured
   
• Peeling paint, rust, deep scratches, dents, or failing clear coat may affect adhesion and final appearance
   
• Wraps may not adhere properly to damaged or repainted areas
   
• Existing damage may become more visible once wrapped
   

We will inspect your vehicle prior to installation and notify you of any concerns. In some cases, repairs may be recommended before wrapping to ensure a clean, long-lasting result.

Yes. When necessary, we remove trim, badges, lights, and other components to properly wrap edges and hard-to-reach areas. This ensures a cleaner finish and longer-lasting results.

Installation times are average estimates and may vary depending on the vehicle, design complexity, and coverage. In most cases, these timeframes are accurate and close to final. Any adjustments will be confirmed prior to installation.

While some shops may advertise faster turnaround times, we focus on a thorough, high-quality install. Our process often includes carefully removing parts and trim to properly wrap hard-to-reach areas, ensuring a clean finish and long-lasting results. We don’t cut corners.

• Spot Graphics / Decals: 1 business day
   
• Partial Vehicle Wraps: 3–4 business days
   
• Full Vehicle Wraps: 5–8 business days
   
• Trailer Full Wraps: 4–5 business days

We recommend waiting at least 5–7 days after installation before washing your vehicle.

Vehicle wraps should be hand washed only to maintain their appearance and longevity. Automatic car washes are not recommended, as harsh brushes and chemicals can damage the wrap.

If you’d rather not handle the washing yourself, we also offer a wrap maintenance plan. Our team can come to you on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedule to professionally clean and inspect your wrap using proper, wrap-safe products designed to protect and maintain the vinyl.

While exact color matching is not guaranteed, we take great care to achieve very close, accurate, and high-quality color results on every project. This includes brand colors, Pantone references, and previously wrapped vehicles.

Color variations may occur due to differences in:

• Printing equipment and production processes
   
• Vinyl materials and finishes
   
• Lighting, viewing angles, and vehicle surfaces
   
• Aging or fading of existing wraps
   

All colors are reviewed and approved prior to production to ensure expectations are aligned.

Printed colors can appear different depending on lighting conditions and viewing angle. Sunlight, shade, indoor lighting, and reflections all affect how colors are seen on a vehicle. Because wraps are printed materials, colors may shift slightly as lighting changes throughout the day.

We take care to produce accurate, vibrant, and professional colors across all projects. Final color approval is required prior to production to ensure expectations are aligned.

Although printed black may not perfectly match paint or solid vinyl, we take care to produce rich, clean, and consistent black tones that look professional across the vehicle. Final color approval is required prior to production.

Yes, we can work with customer-supplied designs; however, standard design fees still apply. In most cases, artwork must be recreated or adjusted to meet our production standards. This includes vectorizing graphics, converting files to proper print color formats, correcting resolution, and accurately sizing the design to fit your specific vehicle.

Please note:

• Most supplied files are not print-ready for large-format wraps
   
• Design fees cover preparation, cleanup, scaling, and production setup
   
• We reserve the right to decline files that do not meet quality standards
   

This process ensures clean installs, accurate colors, and long-lasting results.

All wrap projects require a deposit to secure scheduling and begin design and production. Deposits and design fees are non-refundable once work has started due to the custom nature of vehicle wraps.

Last-minute scheduling changes or cancellations may result in the forfeiture of the deposit, especially if materials have been ordered or production time has been reserved. Any remaining balance is due prior to or at the time of installation.

The remaining balance is due at the time of pick up, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We understand that schedules can change and ask that you notify us as soon as possible. Because installation time, staff, and materials are reserved in advance, the following fees may apply:

• Late arrival on installation day (after 9:00 AM): $75
  Arrivals significantly past the scheduled drop-off time may require rescheduling, and vehicle completion dates may change.
   
• No-show on scheduled installation day: $250
   
• Schedule changes within 48 hours of the scheduled date: $185
   

These policies help ensure fairness and allow us to respect the time allocated to each project.

We aim to work with clients who are engaged and committed to their project. If no response is received within 30 business days of a design proposal, the project will be closed. 

Payments remain non-refundable. Reopening a project is subject to availability and may require updated pricing.

Vehicles must be clean at drop-off. Excessively dirty vehicles may require additional prep time and result in added fees and/or rescheduling.
