Yes. Full payment is required upfront for branding and logo design projects. This allows us to begin research, strategy, and concept development immediately and ensures a smooth, uninterrupted workflow.

This is standard practice for custom creative projects, as a significant amount of work is completed at the start of the process.

Our design process is collaborative, structured, and focused on delivering a final result that aligns with your brand goals.

1. Discovery & Direction
   We start by understanding your business, goals, audience, and visual preferences. For Full Brand Identity projects, this includes a brand strategy consultation.
    
2. Concept Development
   Based on the selected package, we create initial logo concepts and visual direction aligned with your brand.
    
3. Review & Revisions
   You’ll review the designs and provide feedback. Revisions are completed according to the number of revision rounds included in your package.
    
4. Finalization & Delivery
   Once approved, we finalize your designs and deliver all files in print-ready and web-ready formats.
    

Our goal is to make the process clear, efficient, and stress-free from start to finish.

Initial design concepts are typically delivered within 7–10 business days, depending on the scope of the project and the package selected.

Revisions are scheduled based on how quickly feedback is provided. Each new proof is created after feedback is received, and timelines may adjust accordingly. Most branding projects are completed within 2–4 weeks from the project start date.

Yes, rush service is available for select projects. Each request is reviewed to ensure the timeline is realistic and that we can still deliver work at the quality we stand behind.

If approved, rush projects are completed under a shortened timeline and are subject to an additional rush fee. All rush timelines and pricing are confirmed in writing before the project begins. Rush service is priced at 150% of the standard project rate.

Rather than overwhelming you with many different directions, we focus on developing strong, well-thought-out concepts that align with your goals. Each concept is refined through your feedback and the revision rounds included in your package. This approach keeps the process focused, efficient, and results-driven.

This is rare. We spend time upfront understanding your goals, vision, and preferences so that the design direction is aligned before any concepts are presented.

If you’re still not satisfied after completing the revision rounds included in your package, we can continue refining the design with additional revision rounds at an additional design fee.

Please note that design fees are non-refundable, as time, strategy, and creative work are invested throughout the process.

Our goal is always to deliver a final design you’re confident using across your brand.

Each time we send you a design proof, that counts as one revision round. Within a revision round, you may request as many edits or changes as needed, as long as all feedback is submitted together.

Once an updated proof is sent, that begins the next revision round.

If additional revision rounds are needed beyond what’s included in your package, they can still be completed and are subject to an additional design fee.

Revision rounds are intended to refine the approved design direction and do not include entirely new concepts or complete redesigns.

You’ll get all the standard, professional formats you’ll need for print, web, and everything in between. That includes high-resolution PNG (transparent background), JPG, PDF, and vector files (AI or EPS) so your design stays sharp at any size. If you need specific formats for printers, social media, or other vendors, just let us know—we’ll make sure you’re covered.

Once your project is paid in full, you own the rights to your logo and can use it however you’d like, including trademarking it if you choose. We don’t hold ownership over your design. We may showcase the logo in our portfolio or social media as examples of our work, but that doesn’t affect your rights or usage.
